Terms of Service

By using Count My Meal (countmymeal.app, the mobile apps or our messenger bots) you agree to these terms.
The service
Count My Meal is a personal nutrition diary: you submit photos, voice, video or text, and the Service estimates dishes, portions, calories and nutrients using AI, and keeps your history, goals and related tracking (weight, water, fasting, groups, recipes, plans).
Not medical advice
All recognition results are estimates. Calorie and nutrient values may be inaccurate. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary or health advice. Consult a professional before making health decisions, especially if you have a medical condition or an eating disorder.
Coaches
A coach on the Service is an independent user you choose to give access to your data (see the Privacy Policy) — not our employee or representative. Their advice is their own, and the "Not medical advice" section applies to it as well.
Fair use
AI recognition is rate-limited per account. Attempting to circumvent limits, abuse the API, disrupt the Service or access other users' data is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you submit. You grant us the technical license needed to process it (including passing media to our AI provider for recognition) and to display it back to you and to people you explicitly share it with.
Account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account (email or Telegram) secure. You can delete the account at any time in the app; see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of availability or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the Service's estimates.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
